I had to write to tell you about the extraordinary savings I encountered. After a physical exam, my doctor ordered several lab tests. She charges $ 515.00 . I used your Health Test Direct benefit and paid $ 199.45. Due to the results, it was necessary for me to get 2 CT scans. The imaging center quoted me a price of $ 1400.00 EACH. After presenting my CHBA card, the bill was repriced to $ 620.00 TOTAL!!! I was told I was going to receive savings on this plan, but quite honestly I didn’t expect THAT much!
